Our research explores the opportunities and barriers to building wealth from the perspective of different ethnicities, new insight into the perceptions of wealth, and how household wealth has changed over the years between and across communities.
As well as teaming up with the London School of Economics, this research was produced with some amazing citizens who trained as community reporters to explore the challenges around the wealth gap. We're excited to discuss our findings with you!
You can read more about the research here.
The event will be chaired by Dr Abigail McKnight, the CASE Director and Associate Professorial Research Fellow. Abigail's research interests include economic inequality, poverty, low wage employment, wealth, social mobility, higher education and employment policy.
We're also delighted to be joined by Dr Eleni Karagiannaki, Assistant Professorial Research Fellow at the Centre for Analysis of Social Exclusion at LSE, the Community Reporters who worked on this research, and Caroline Tosal-Suprun from the Equality Trust. |
